    • Attendee Early Bird Registration ends 4 weeks prior to event

      • Early Bird Registration Fee is $125

        • Early Bird Registrations ends on Monday, February 17th, 2025

      • Post Early Bird effective rate of $275 starting on Tuesday, February 18th, 2025

    • No Attendee/Sponsor/Exhibitor Refunds 6 weeks prior to event

      • Cut-off for Refunds is February 3rd, 2025

  • Cancellation Policy


    Attendees cancelling before February 3rd, 2025, will receive a refund of their registration fee, less a $25.00 administration fee.
    Attendees cancelling after February 3rd, 2025, will not receive a refund.

  • Exhibitors (Vendors) cancelling before February 3rd, 2025, will receive a refund of the Exhibitor Registration Fee, less a $250.00 administration fee.
    Exhibitors cancelling after February 3rd, 2025, will not be eligible for a refund.

  • An Industry Expert is defined as an individual that would not qualify as an Attendee, but would not be considered an Exhibitor, per an Executive Member of the NEAA Board. This could include Professional Service Representatives, such as Attorneys, Accountants and Consulting Services. "Suitcasing" by any of the above, i.e. gaining access to the event to solicit business in the aisles or other public spaces used for the conference is not permitted.  This practice skirts the support of the exhibitors/vendors and sponsors who have contributed time and money to exhibit at the conference.  Anyone who is observed to be soliciting business who is not a registered Exhibitor and/or Sponsor will be asked to leave immediately.   Any Hospitality suites and usage of Meeting Rooms must be approved prior to the event by the NEAA Executive Board. The Industry Expert Registration fee is $350. Your fee includes access to all education seminars, vendor exhibits, meals, Opening and Closing Cocktail Receptions
